We like to think that this is a wonderful programme to help teachers develop their skills. You can download the modules by hitting the download button below. For the course we offer, we can only do the modules listed below, due to time limits.
This Teacher Development Training Programme is an excellent program for teachers who wish to expand upon their current teaching abilities. This programme was used to develop the already excellent skills of Indonesian English Teachers for Dikmenti, we ran this programme in association with OIEC.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
An intensive two, three, four or five-day program (depending on your requirements) which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes to enable non-native English speakers to teach English to other non-native speakers. For the purpose of this document, TDP will be used for Teacher Development Program.
EXPECTED STANDARDS
The topics presented will be carefully blended with actual teaching and teaching evaluation. Teachers will be expected to work hard and perform to high standards in order to achieve a satisfactory pass.
TEACHER ASSESSMENT
1. METHODS: Assessment methods outlined at each learning outcome.
2. STRATEGIES: Assessment to be fair, valid and constructive.
3. CONDITIONS: Assessment to take place in the classroom or at another assessor-designated location. Assessment conditions to be indicative of assessment item.
Please note that during all study hours Teachers shall be expected to only communicate using the English language unless otherwise instructed.
TEACHER GRADES
All Teachers can gain a Certification as long as they achieve a pass level of Grade C or above, the grading is from A+ to D, and is based on the above Teacher Assessment Criteria with the main grading points being derived from their final practical presentation.
FINAL PRACTICAL PRESENTATION
The final practical presentation will require the Teachers to present a lesson plan and conduct a lesson on the final day to the class and shall be monitored by the lecturer(s). The final practice presentation shall take into account and display the skills and knowledge from all the Modules taught. This session lasts approximately 15 minutes per Teacher.
